about

A song a day for a year starting December 16th, 2011 December 15th, 2011. There are fourteen volumes of 25 songs each. (and a fifteenth volume with the remainder of the songs). This is volume six. You can download the albums for free by putting "0" in the "name your price". I'm not looking to make any money from any of this. It is completely for personal growth and my need to share the music that I make. Thank you for being apart of this project by listening.

Track Name: 04-19-12
do you remember
floating so effortlessly
into the person you thought you had wanted to be

do you remember
floating right out of your body
into the person you thought you had wanted to be

i can't be a ghost like this for long
but i'm happy for now

i can't be asleep like this for long
so i'm tired for now

do you remember
floating so effortlessly
into the person you thought you had wanted to be

do you remember
floating right out of your body
into the person you thought you had wanted to be
Track Name: 04-20-12
only in a soft dream
quicker than the air seems
moving at the speed of light

till it hits your eyes there
going through your pupils
faster than the autumn night

whispered in the tidelines
listening to thick vines
stolen through the emory boards

tilting on it's axis
men are doing taxes
i am on an ivory shore

wooden stoney oceans carve out years
among the many god-like profiteers
i see you in my undetermined fears

begone with the wind
until the ocean dries up
begone with the wind
until the ocean dries

only in a soft dream
quicker than the air seems
moving at the speed of light

whispered in the tidelines
listening to thick vines
stolen through the emory boards
Track Name: 04-21-12
the light hits the room in a most peculiar way
stunned by the sight of the sun and then quieted
slipping away
all of it

the train rolling by gives a sigh and then struggles along underwater
Track Name: 04-22-12
feeling the water comes towards us
we are lost among fishes at best
feel the water
it's coming in quickly to grab you
i've fallen in love with the weather
i've fallen in love with the ocean
Track Name: 04-23-12
it's the way you feel that makes the time pass
pouring in and out of you
and a sound is made that shakes the tall grass
towering in front of you

until the mountains collapse and wake you
the faster tumbling rocks
and a color pours out to erase you
edging and running you off
Track Name: 04-24-12
when the tree hidden birds have given up singing
when the liberty bell has stopped it's ringing
when the skies lose their blue to a polluted hue
when the red sea pours into black outer space

i'll a thousand times died and be off to my heaven
all of my music fraught with irreverence
and the history books they soon will forget us

just know we were here
and we rubbed the earth through our fingers
and pondered
Track Name: 04-29-12
a terrible pillar of water
taller than the sun and hotter
was off to steal the road signs
in the rain

when the deputy saw what was happening
he got on the horn and he gave a ring
and the people who study the moon had declared a monsoon

but what do we do when the lights go off
and what do we do with the flood so rough
all we must do is breath under water
Track Name: 05-01-12
the hell like body of fire tore
through the roots of the earth
turning the desert into glass

speaking so softly you whispered to me
why dont you believe in peace

i said the pieces lying here that you see
togetherness is all that they need
real peace is quiet and it floats through the trees
the real peace is found while the trees lose their leaves
