about

Originally Released as two seperate Ep's, the first called "Magic Words"(2011) and the second, "The King of the Ganjees"(2011-2012)

During the pandemic I decided to try my hand at re working and recording this entire project from the ground up as I had access to a nice home studio at the time, which was a considerably lucky place to be holed up in.

You can here the original material from way back when here:

"It's about a boy named Briffaut and an Evil Spirit called the King of the Ganges. In the Story, a wise boy named Briffaut is captain of a ship called the 'Ghost Orchid'. Sailing the open seas he meets a man with a long, grim face who tells him of an Evil Spirit that has been stealing the fruit from the Tree of Life, said to grant Immortality. The two set off to hunt down 'The King of the Ganges', who is hidden on an island protected by a time twisting oceanic maze.
“After three days of sailing the maze, (which feels to them like three years) they come upon an island. Briffaut and the Man touch land and start to explore the island looking for traces of the King of the Ganges. They come upon a grassy knoll which contains none other than the Tree of Life, said to provide the energy that makes up all living things. The King of the Ganges enters and indeed has been stealing the Sacred Pomegranates from the Tree of Life to gain Power and Immortality. But to eat such fruits is forbidden and The King of the Ganges is Cursed to live a much dreaded life, teetering on the edge of existence in our world and the world of the dead.
“The Tree beckons for Briffaut and the Man to bask in the light of the golden mist that surrounds it, empowering them and giving them the ability to defeat the Evil Spirit. They banish him to the Rivers of India, where it is said a shadowy figure in tattered ivory robes can sometimes still be seen. As a reward for protecting the Sacred Pomegranates, Briffaut and the Man were granted immortality and are said to sail the open seas to this day, every three years stopping to rest in the House of the Tree of Life."
